Traditionally the copier was a 'stand alone' office machine. However, they have now developed more functionality to become linked to a PC or network with additional printing and scanning capabilities.
You can choose between a portable dedicated copier, a desktop copier multifunction or the large office copier which comes with a full service contract for maintenance and varying copy prices.
Copiers are available with A4 and/or A3 copying and some machines are available with the option of scan to file/email function. The printing speeds and memory vary as well as the size of the paper tray and the option for additional trays
